Quarters ''A'' is on the Historic Register and consists of a main dwelling complex, attached garage, greenhouse, mechanical equipment house and stand alone garage. Estimate issue date is 04/19/96. Must have historical knowledge and lead paint abatement experience. Must be located within the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area.
