The work includes removal and replacement of water meter runs at two facilities consisting of piping, meters, valves, and appurtances and removal of metal chlorinator buildings, pressure control valves and apputances inside building at each location. At a thrid location, removal and replacement of piping, valves and 8-inch meter assembly with 10-inch and 8-inch pressure reducing facilities with concrete slab and chain link fencing. Also, intallation of concrete slab and other miscellaneous associated work at each location at the Miramar Naval Air Station, San Diego, Ca. The requirement is estimated between $1.0 million and $5.0 million. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to busines size. The contract duration is 126 calendar days after receipt of contract award.
