This company offers a unique patented full color photo realistic composite system required by the end user. The requirement also includes one year of free upgrades and a standard 30 day software replacement warranty. Authority, 10 USC 2304(c)(1), applicable when ``supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.''
