Deliveries with First Article Test, 627 days ADC at 17 ea. and 15 per month thereafter. Delivery for First Article Test Report will be 412 days ADC. This procurement requires prequalification. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Authority and justification is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Source or Only a Limited Number of Responsible Sources. This proposed contract actions is for supplies for whicht he Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition; however, it is restricted to approved sources McDonnell Douglas Helicopter, Mesa, AZ; Boeing Presision Gear, Chicago, IL; and The Purdy Corp, Manchester, CT. The time required for approval of new supplies is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
