This is a modification to a previous sources sought synopsis for the National Product Line Asset Center published in the March 26, 1996 issue. Ther original synopsis stated that ''The Electronic Systems Center Software Center (ESC/ENS) is solicitating proposals from not-for-profit organizations, with well established contacts in the area of sofware, to operate a National Product Line Asset Center (NPLACE))''. ESC/ENS will accept proposals from non-profit organizations as well as not-for-profit organizations.Interested concerns wishing to receive a proposal package shall notify this office in writing within 15 calendar days of the pulication of this modification. Respondents shall provide verification that they are a not-for-profit or non-profit concern.
