The purpose of this modification is to amend the synopsis which was advertised in the Commerce Business Daily on Friday, April 12, 1996. The synopsis erroneously stated that the total project effort is estimated at 4,160 labor hours over the two year period of performance. This modification revises the total project effort to approximately 2,080 labor hours over the two year period of performance.
