SOL DACW41-96-R-0007 DUE 060596 POC Contract Specialist Valeta A Kurtze (816) 426-5441 (Site Code DACW41) The work to be performed consists of the Kansas City District Corps of Engineers seeks the services of a qualified professional counseling service for the District's Employee Assistance Program to diagnose and refer employees for treatment and rehabilitation care. The Kansas City District encompasses Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska which includes approximately 1003 employees plus immediate family members. The Scope of Work includes implementation of advisory service, diagnostic and referral services to include; family counseling, family planning, marital and pre-marital counseling, psychological therapy, psychological testing, financial counseling and planning, psychiatric care, alcohol and drug treatment, human relations skills and testing, anxiety and depression. Qualifica -tions include graduate mental health professionals with Master's degree and at least 3 years post-master's experience or supervised graduate intern with a graduate degree in the mental health profession. One contract will be awarded for services accomplished under a Firm Fixed Service contract for a base year and four, one year options, if exercised. Work to commence approximately September 1, 1996.
