ABUSE TRTMT SERVS FOR FEDERAL DEFENDANTS AND OFFENDERS SOL 96-OXEPPSX-005 DUE 051396 POC Contact Chief Probation and/or Pretrial Services Officer in; each respective district The Administrative Office of the United States Courts intends to issue solicitations for substance abuse treatment services for Federal defendants and offenders. The solicitations will be for Districts in the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KY, KS, MI, MN, MO, MS, OH, UT, WI, TN, NC and SC. Awards made in response to the solicitations will be for one year with two option years, for a possible total of 3 years. Required services include, but are not limited to, urine collection, counseling, physical examinations, outpatient and inpatient detoxification, medication, short and long term residential placement, transportation and therapy. Interested parties must respond timely, and clearly show that (1) they can provide services (2) such services will be provided by certified, licensed professionals with experience in such treatment and (3) costs of such treatment will be beneficial to the the AOUSC. Interested treatment providers must contact the Chief Probation or Pretrial Services Officer in their respective district and must address points 1, 2, and 3 above.
