Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary for maintenance, repair and replacement to various base built-up roofs, roof testing, asbestos abatement all related work as specified in strict accordance with Technical Provisions for project JFSD 860006P. Work shall be accomplished at Grand Forks AFB, ND. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The resulting contract will be a Requirements Contract. Delivery Orders will be issued. The range may be from 5,000 to $500,000. The contract period shall be 365 calendar days after the date of award. The period of performance for each delivery order will range from 13 to 96 calendar days depending on the dollar amount of the delivery order. Specifications for this project will be issued in hard copy. This action is being issued unrestricted.
