The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking a contractor to provide all the necessary services to conduct a Wellness Program at the OPM Federal Executive Institute (FEI) located in Charlottesville, VA. The solicitation will be opened to offerors within a 45-50 minutes driving time of Charlottesville, VA. The Wellness Program includes assessment, lectures and classes in the following areas: Administration and intrepretation of a Health Risk Appraisal instrument; Presentation(s) on the risk of heart disease, other chronic diseases, stress, nutrition, and lifestyle habits and their impact on health; Regular daily exercise classes in low impact aerobics and walking; Staffing of a residential Fitness Center during the first week of each program with people who can introduce resident executives to exercise/weight room equipment and take flexibility and body measurements; development of a FEI Wellness Handbook; and optional behavior modification counseling for nutrition. The contract will be for a period of one year with options to extend for four- one year periods. The solicitation has been set-aside for small businesses only. No telephone requests will be accepted.
