16 -- ENGINEERING CHANGE PROPOSAL FOR E-2C POC Contact, Robert Overbey, Jr., Phone (703)604-6100 The Government intends to negotiate with Northrop-Grumman Corporation, South Oyster Bay Road, Bethpage, N. Y. 11714, to incorporate an Engineering Change Proposal 401R2 for an Instrument Landing System into five Egyptian E-2C Aircraft. This retrofit change will allow the Egyptian Air Force (EAF) E-2C Aircraft to navigate and make precision approaches during Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC). As the sole developer and manufacturer of the E-2C, only Northrop-Grumman has the capability to incorporate and integrate this system into the EAF E-2C Aircraft within the required timeframe.
