16 -- DESIGN AND GENERATE DATA PACKAGE FOR BOL CHAFF FOR F-14 AIRCRAFT SOL N00019-94-G-0028 POC Contact, Jeff Brown, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to contract with the Northrop Grumman Corporation for the design and generation of the AFC data package for BOL Chaff for F-14D aircraft. Included in this effort is the production package, selected technical directives, installation kits for 36 aircraft and the installlation definition package. As the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the F-14, and the respective BOL Chaff kit for the F-14D, Northrop-Grumman is the only known source available to provide the required effort.
