Anticipate issue date May 15, 1996. NOTE: This solicitation contains a clause 52.216-19, Delivery Order Limitations, which sets forth a dollar/unit limitation to which agencies may place orders and vendors may accept orders under the contract at the prices shown without further competition. Requirements which exceed the delivery order limitations will be subject to further price competition accomplished under the terms of the contract. Schedule contractors having items which generally satisfy the requirement will be advised of the over the dollar limitation requirement and given the opportunity to compete. Contractors may indicate their interest through a voluntary price reduction or, a statement that their most favorable price currently under the contract is offered for the over the dollar limitation quantity (price offered which are higher than the current contract price will not be considered). All other terms and conditions of the contract will apply to the over the dollar limitation quantity.
