Each test stand is comprised of a high pressure instrumentation console (ACL model number 9770-0439, ACL serial numbers 2252-001 and 2252-002) and a dynamometer drive console (ACL model number 9770-0440, ACL serial numbers 2253-001 and 2253-002). Interested firms are invited to submit a response within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice to submit their qualifications/capabilities to meet the requirements, along with a request for a solicitation. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
