The Air Force Flight Test Center has a requirement for complete operation, maintenance, and repair services for the grade IV waste water treatment facility at Edwards Air Force Base, California. Operations shall include general operation of plant equipment, valves and piping, sampling and analyses, waste and effluent disposal, and other related services. Facility operations and effluent discharge practices shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory standards including the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit requirements. The contractor shall possess a current California state certified waste water operators grade IV license and provide qualified personnel possessing state certification. Written requests for the solicitation from all interested parties will be accepted. The period of performance is expected to be from contract award through 31 Jan 97 with four additional one-year option periods. SIC: 8744. Size Standard: $5 million.
