The work includes all supervision, labor, transportation, materials and equipment required to expand Fire Station No 7. The work includes demolition, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, cast-in-place concrete, reinforced masonry, structural steel, steel decking, metal fabrications, rough carpentry, roof insulation, built-up roofing, flashing, prefabricated fascia panels, sealants, steel doors and frames, sectional overhead doors, finish hardware, painting, mechanical insulation, plumbing, low pressure compressed air systems, fuel gas piping, unit heaters, underground electrical work, interior wiring, interior lighting, telephone distribution systems, fibre optics data transmission for exterior system; and incidental related work. This contract is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1542 and the annual size standard is $17.0 million.
