The government intends to provide 8 Nikon RS diveable underwater camera bodies to the contractor receiving the award. The contractor will provide all labor and material required to upgrade the government furnished camera to a digital underwater camera. The resulting camera can not exceed ten pounds and must be able to operate in a minimum of 100 feet of sea water. This an unrestricted solicitation. FOB, Destination, San Diego CA.
