Applicable SIC for this requirement is 1799 and the small business size standard is $7 million average receipts for the preceding three fiscal years. Solicitation will be issued on or about 10 May 1996 with a closing date for receipt of offers of on or about 10 June 1996. Award will be made to the responsible and responsive offeror submitting the technically acceptable low offer. Proposed contract is for a fixed-price requirements contract with an award fee. Proposed contract period is 1 Oct 96 through 30 Sep 97 plus four one-year option periods. This RFP is reserved for 8(a) firms under the provisions of Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act.
