S -- MESS ATTENDANT CONTRACT SOL N00140-96-R-L117 POC Matthew Sweeney, Contract Negotiator, (215)697-9675. FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to competitively procure Mess Attendant Services in support of the Naval Station Mayport, FL. The contractor shall provide mess attendant services in accordance with the requirements in the resultant RFP. The contractor shall provide, as required, emergency services requested by the Food Service Officer. Serving lines shall be promptly opened and closed at the times fixed in the schedule. Sufficient contractor personnel shall be present at all times to efficiently and expeditiously render all services required by the contract, including but not limitred to serving, clearing tables and cleaning up after serving. The Contractor shall furnish the management and labor necessary accomplish the requirements of the resultant solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price contract of one base year and four option years is contemplated. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
