The work includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform construction, alteration and repair of Government facilities to include most aspects of real property maintenance and modifications, alterations and repair of miscellaneous type buildings (residential, industrial, etc.), highway work and incidental related work, in the Long Beach/Los Angeles area, Los Angeles County; Seal Beach/Seal Beach area, Orange County and Corona/Corona area, Riverside County, CA by means of an indefinite quantity type contract. It is anticipated that the majority of the work will be performed at the Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach, CA. Performance period will be a base period of twelve (12) months, commencing within 15 calendar days after award. The total duration of the contract, including exercise of any option, shall not exceed three years. Potential offerors should request RFP N68711-95-R-8569 either in writing or by fax (310) 547-7767.
