Xavier, Contracting Officer, 202/606-9510 The contractor shall produce two (2) Public Service Announcements (PSAs) for nationwide television and radio distribution. Spot #1, titled ''Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (RPCV) Profiles'' shall be completed on or about August 19, 1996; Spot #2, titled ''RPCV Profiles II'' shall be completed on or about October 1, 1996. ''RPCV Profiles II'' shall be the same as the first spot except edited to insert new RPCV stars. Both spots shall be produced in :60, :30, :15, and :10 second versions. This solicitation is for production only. Contractor shall not be responsible for any duplication or distribution of the finished spots. This shall be a firm fixed-price contract. This procurement is set-aside 100 percent for small business concerns. The standard industrial classification code (SIC) for this procurement is 7812. The size standard is $21.5 million/year or less over the last three fiscal years.
