The work consists of Maintenance Dredging of approximately 133,000 cubic yards (CY) of material to provide a project depth of minus 38 feet mean lower low water (MLLW) plus 1 foot of allowable overdepth from Station 000+00 to Station 202+00. The Project has the potential to also include the Maintenance Dredging of approximately 400,000 cubic yards (CY) of additional material to provide a project depth of minus 35 feet MLLW plus 1 foot of allowable overdepth from Station 182+00 to Station 316+00. Disposal of Dredged Material will be at the Government Furnished Open Water Disposal Area in San Francisco Bay (Alcatraz, SF-11) or at an alternative Contractor Furnished Land Disposal Area.
