The Air Force Flight Test Center intends to procure as a Sole Source requirement from Loral Test and Information Systems (LTIS), San Diego, CA a Test Data Archive Software and UMN-DBM E-Proms for the Advanced Data Acquisition and Processing System (ADAPS) Real-Time/Post Flight Processing (RT/PFP). The systems consists of the following: Test Data Archive Software for the Telemetry Pre-Processor, Qty 5, and UMN-DBM E-PROMS to interface to the Loral O/S 90, Qty 4. RT/PFP provides enhanced real-time and post-flight processing, display archival of test vehicle instrumentation and avionics test data, and Time Space Positioning Information (TSPI) for the Air Force Flight Test Center. The Loral O/S 90 interfaces with the Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) Universal Memory Network (UMN) through the Loral Data Bridge Module (DBM). The ADAPS program office requires purchase and installation of existing E-PROMs on the DBM to facilitate this interface. In addition, the O/S 90 must archive data through a Loral Disk Output Module (DOM) to an Exabyte 8mm tape drive. The ADAPS Program Office requires purchase and installation of existing test data archive software which provides the interface between the Loral DOM and the Exabyte tape drive. This software will reside on the Loral DOM. Delivery shall be 30 days after award. The SIC code is 7372. The Size Standard is $18 Million. The procedures for awarding shall be a written quotation using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The anticipated award date is 20 May 1996.
