Shirley Littrell, Contract Specialist The Navy requires Refurbishment
of AN/SLQ-32(V2) and (V3) enclosures in accordance with the Statement
of Work and Antenna Enclosure Refurbishment Process Specification
#3201177. This will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity
procurement. For the (V)3 a minimum is 6 each with a maximum of 12
each; for the (V) 2 a minimum of 6 each with a maximum of 14 each. The
enclosures are to be done in sets of 2 each. The total V2's and V3''s
will not exceed 14 each. The minimum is 6 each with any combination of
V2, V3's. The period of performance is 24 months. The contractor shall
consecutively process and delivery one set (2 each) of enclosures
within 90 days after delivery of GFM. The contractor shall furnish all
labor, facilities, material and equipment required to perform the
tasks as defined in the Government's SOW. Delivery shall be FOB
Destination.. Inspection and Acceptance at the contractor's plant. The
proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government
intends to solicit and negotiate with only source(s) that have been
certified and qualified by the In-service Engineering Agent for the
