This requirement will commence o/a 21 June 1996, 1 week and 3 months COMS in FY96, (No Mobilization), 12 months COMS FY97, (1 Oct 1996 - 30 Sep 1997), 2 months COMS FY98 (1 Oct 97 - 30 Nov 97), and a 2 month Transition, commencing 1 Dec 97 - 31 Jan 98. The entire contract will be for 19 months and 1 week.This contract will be a limited competition, open only to those contractors currently performing COMS on the other NAVY F/A-18, 2F132 Training Devices.
