Scenic Byway Complex II - This project consists of reconstruction of the Aspen Vista and Aspen Basin Recreation sites along the Santa Fe Scenic Byway (Highway 475). Items of work include but are not limited to the clearing, excavation, borrow placement, aggregate placement with and without a soil stabilizer, picnic unit construction, picnic tables, bench, grills, wood vault toilet construction, masonry wall and stone steps, parking area reconstruction, trenched drainage grate, boulder & riprap placement, obliteration, and seeding with mulch.
