System is to consist of the following brand name or equal items: One (1) each CP-500 Dolby Processor, One (1) each MS-100 Component Monitor, Six (6) each 1700 QSC Amplifier, One (1) each Sound Rack with Panels, One (1) each 4675C JBL Stage Speaker, Two (2) each 4642 JBL Subwoofer, Twenty (20) each KP-201B Klipsch Surround Speaker, Twenty (20) each 100WB Omnimount Surround Speaker, One (1) each Platter #35 AP-3, One (1) each Platter Table, Two (2) each XBO 4000W/HS Osram Xenon Bulbs. Additionally, a Government provided SYMSYS3 Simplex Projection System is to be installed by the contractor at the time of installation of the surround sound system. Offerors must be able to document their experience in installing these items in theaters. Due to the nature of the requirement, a site visit is required on 10 May 1996 at 1:00 PM, PST. Installation of all items must be completed prior to 01 October 1996. This is an unrestricted procurement. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency.
