Orszak (202) 219-1153 The FERC plans to negotiate and award on a non-competitive basis with Tameran, Inc., 30340 Solon Industrial Parkway, Solon, OH 44139 for continued preventive and remedial maintenance support. The Contractor shall furnish the labor, supervision, materials, required equipment, supplies and services necessary to operate the TAMERAN 6000R/SN 9701239 and the TAMERAN 6000R/SN 8709994. The Contractor shall provide to the Government a Certificate of Maintainabliltiy from the OEM at no cost to the Government upon request and or at the end of the contract period. The contract will be awarded on a one-year base period with four one year option periods. The Government intends to solicit one source under authority of FAR 6.302.1. Tameran is the sole manufacturer of this equipment and replacement parts, and also employs a staff of service engineers who are uniquely qualified to service this equipment. See Note 22. (0129)
