The Francis Marion National Forest plans to contract for Construction of the Helibase Office building, septic tank and drainfield and well house including sitework, concrete, carpentry, cabinetry, roofing, painting, plumbing, drinking fountain, blinds, electrical, telephone, waterline, pressure tank and well pump. The project is located on National Forest land within the boundaries of the Francis Marion National Forest, Witherbee Ranger District, Berkeley County, South Carolina. The contractor shall provide the complete construction of the Helibase in accordance with the drawings, specifications and other provisions of the contract. (130)
