The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) is soliciting proposals from qualified parties to conduct a Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund (WQARF)/State Superfund Risk and Ranking Evaluation Study. Services are to include but not be limited to: Task 1: Using available data conduct risk evaluations of the listed WQARF sites. Task 2: Using available data conduct a remedial alternative analyses of the listed WQARF sites. Task 3: develop costs for selected remedies at all of the listed WQARF sites. Task 4: Consider the effects of potential changes in the liability allocation system including joint, several, and retroactive. Task 5: Project the number of future sites and project future costs for those sites. Time is of the essence, consequently, ADEQ is expediting the solicitation and award process. ADEQ will use its best efforts to maintain the following schedule: RFP issued 05-15-96. Offeror's Questions on RFP due 05-22-96. Amendment issued 05-24-96. Proposals due 06-03-96. Offeror presentations 06-13 and 14-96. Award of contract 06-21-96. Commence work 07-01-96. Complete work 11-01-96.
