REAM ESTATE ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICES Real Estate Asset Managers (REAMs) are asked to perform management and custodial services for one-to-four family properties owned or held by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the State of Alabama limited to the following three areas: North Alabama, Dothan and Mobile. The duties will include but are not limited to: preparing specifications for repairs, soliciting bids for repairs, performing lawn maintenance, winterizing property and pool, securing property and pool, conducting property inspections, installing locks, and cleaning interior and exterior. To qualify for award the contractor must have a Real Estate Broker License for the State of Alabama, and must be experienced in Management of Single Family Properties. This is a one-year contract with four one-year extension options, total term not to exceed five years. Requests for Proposal documents should be in writing directed to the above address.
