Sources sought for an Oceanographic Winch which is required to set and retrieve a 60-CM Bongo Net Array Towed at 3 KT. Pull on the wire estimated at 320 KG +/- 70 KG. Winch will also set and retrieve a CTD to a depth of 1000 M. Winch shall have both electric and hydraulic drive capability. Electric motor shall be 220 or 440V, 3-Phase. Maximum continuous operating time under load is est. 30M/Min for 15 minutes pulling 320 KG. Winch drum shall hold 1500 M of 3/16''diameter, AntiTorque wire rope.
