Whalen Gynecological Services are required at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania for a base period of 8-1-96 through 7-31-97 with 4 renewal options available to the government. Contractor will be required to conduct gynecological services to eligible female veterans consistent with approved clinical privileges. Contractor will abide by the established Bylaws and Rules of the Medical Staff of the Medical Center. Outpatient clinic will be conducted at VAMC; Contractor will provide inpatient gynecological consultative services and will professionally direct 100% of all gynecological operative cases performed.
