Concerns having the ability for providing a Community Corrections Center facility for male and female Federal offenders. Those interested shall give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, presciptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Portland, Maine area. Estimated number of mandays are 14,235 (13,140 male and 1,095 female) for the base period, and 8,395 mandays (7,300 male and 1,095 female) for option year No. 1, 8,395 mandays (7,300 male and 1,095 female) for option year No. 2, 9,125 mandays (8,030 male and 1,095 female for option year No. 3. Estimated issue date is on or about 6/21/96. Estimated closing date is on or about 8/20/96. Contract base period is two years with three one year options to renew.
