There is no known hazardous material in this project. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business; SIC Code is 1721; Size Standard is $7 million. There will be only one site visit (date and time will be identified in the solicitation package) and contractors are strongly encouraged to attend. The contract resulting from this acquisition will be awarded to that responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price-related factors. The price is estimated to be under $100,000.00. It is intended to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract.
