One of the goals of the DOE Geothermal Program is to promote the use of geothermal heat pumps. One of the major targets for using and promoting the use of geothermal heat pumps is the utility industry. In order to demonstrate the potential benefits of a GHP program to a utility, the DOE is willing to provide technical assistance. This announcement is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The written quotations will be available June 6, 1996. All requests for copies of the RFQ must be submitted in writing (facsimile preferred) to Wendy L.
