Alterations to the existing facility will address administrative offices, conference and classroom spaces, storage areas, a command/control center, a parachute packing area and build-up storage spaces for airdrop pallets. The period of performance is 180 calendar days. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 4 June 1996. A NON REFUNDABLE fee of $50.00 will be charged for each set of bid documents. Payment must be in the form of a Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Certified Check. All others will be returned.
