This is considered a contractual agreement and not a personnel appointment. The estimated issue date of this Request for Quotation is June 10, 1996. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. Services will consist of the following schedule: five sessions per week, a session being defined as six hours in length. The anticipated period of performance is from October 1, 1996, or the date of award-whichever is later through September 30, 1997.
