Aircraft Maintenance Hangar. Work shall be performed in two (2) phases. Phase one (1) consist of asbestos/lead abatement and portions of the building demolition. Phase two (2) consist of new construction to the existing hangar to include replacement of existing fire protections systems and interior finishes. Selected Bldg/Site demolition and removal, masonary modifications to exterior to include sidewalks, parking and utility support systems. This work will located on Gowen Field Boise, Idaho. The award will be made to the lowest bidder on a firm fixed price contract. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
