Work includes: the replacement of all exterior walls with CMU; new partition walls; new air exhaust, lighting, electrical, and fire systems; new covered entries. Additionally, demolition to accommodate the relocation and replacement of all plumbing lines and fixtures is required. A standing-seam metal roof and all interior finishes are included. There is a small amount of asbestos to be removed. Bid issue on or about 15 July 1996. Bid opening on or about 16 Aug 1996. Performance period will be 120 calendar days. Estimated cost of construction is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. This procurement is being solicited in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
