70 -- MULTI-SITE SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE LICENSE POC Contact: Joseph Burrus, Contract Specialist, (703) 695-9422 The Defense Supply Service-Washington on behalf of the US Army Artificial Intelligence Center, (AIC), intends to negotiate directly with Intellicorp, Inc., 1975 El Camino Real W., Mountain View, CA 94040 on a sole source basis for the annual maintenance and upgrade of their proprietary OMW/Kappa software development environment which AIC currently leases. Usage will include a multi-site licenses for up to 45 separate locations and will provide permission to copy and distribute their product and enhancements within the AIC organization. This agreement will be for one year and will contain four option years. This notification is an effort to advertise the intent to award and obtain information concerning same or similar capabilities that might be available in the marketplace. If no affirmative, substantive responses are received within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis an award will be made to Intellicorp, Inc.
