A 12 ft. by 24 ft. lean-to with a 9.33 ft. eave height at one end of the building will house locker and shower rooms. The existing end of the hardstand will provide the foundation with the addition of 14 inch minimum height curbs on the new building perimeter and between each of the wash bays. A Statuatory Limit prohibits an award greater than $264,000.00 for this project. A minimum of 3 1/2 thick concrete slab is to be placed over the hardstand. Estimated Cost Range: $100,000 to $250,000 - -Bid sets available at $13.50 for half-size and $18.50 for full-size. No individual sheets of half-size drawings may be purchased.
