The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to operate, maintain and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment. The work includes, but is not limited to, performance of service work, preventive maintenance, seasonal start-up and shut-down of equipment, periodic operational checks, and minor repairs. The HVAC systems include Barber Coleman Controls. The resultant contract will be a combination Firm Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantity type contract. All work shall be completed in strict accordance with the specifications. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this procurement is 1711. The size standard is $7,000,000.00. Estimated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. IFB's will be issued on/about 25 June 1996.
