Metzger (803) 751-2589 (Site Code DOCDOC) Includes all labor, management and facilities to provide lodging, breakfast and supper meals, and transportation for Armed Services applicants being processed by Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) at Charlotte, NC for the period 01 November 1996 thru 31 October 1997 with three one-year option periods. Contractor's lodging establishment must be located within an eight (8) mile radius of the MEPS, located at Charles R. Jonas Building, 401 West Trade St., Charlotte, NC, and meals served within 300 feet of lodging facility. Estimated annual quantities: 7,050 breakfast and supper meals and double and single lodgings for 7,050. Lodging is normally required Sunday through Thursday and approximately 13 Fridays, 27 applicants per night, maximum of 75. Meeting room for 50 required Sunday through Thursday, 5:00-11:00 PM, and approximately 13 Fridays. Includes transportation to and from lodging facility and MEPS facility and from commerical bus terminal to lodging facility. Approximate date of release is 30 Jun 96.
