The specifications which only Cambridge can meet are as follows: The system shall have a thermometry bridge stability better that five microKelvin (and better than three PPM per degree C), the lower this value the better. Included in theses electronics are two servo controlled heater systems (temperature controllers) that actively control heaters to maintain temperature stability. The electronics for the heater system shall be able to provide power in the range of a few nanowatts to over 4 mW. The accuracy of the heater powers should be better than 100 PPM over the period of a day. The temperature controller shall be interchangeable with a previously existing temperature controller TC-02 systems in the division. The system shall be compatible with the existing programs as well as interface with existing hardware and cabling used to run the CRI TC-02.Interested offerors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements by submitting a capability statement.
