These services primarily involve documents filming and microfiche document blowbacks. The vendor shall provide the plant and furnish all equipment, materials, and labor (including pickup and delivery). The period of performance is 24 months. The NRC intends to award this requirement under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (not to exceed the simplified acquisition limit of $100K). Quotations submitted for this requirement are to be solicited from small business concerns only. Any acquisition resulting from this solicitation will be with a small business. The size standard for this solicitation is average annual receipts of $5 million over the past three years, as set forth under Standard Industrial Code 7389. Upon request of the RFQ, the Statement of Work will be furnished at that time. Interested vendors should submit written or facsimile requests to the NRC at the address as shown above.
