Solicitation H06S96075900000 will be issued to accept bids to provide preforeclosure physical inspections in support of HUD's TULSA AREA OFFICE, not San Antonio as previously issued. All other information remains the same. One award will be issued to provide Preforeclosure Physical Inspections on 21 Multifamily properties which are HUD assisted and unassisted insured and HUD held and assisted mortgages to determine the acceptability of the physical condition pursuant to Notice H 91-22, Comprehensive Multifamily Servicing Program and certain regulations covering HUD's Section 8 Program. The geographic area in which services will be provided is comprised of the area under the jurisdiction of the TULSA AREA HUD OFFICE. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted.
