Site improvements include construction of a paved 90 car POV parking area, vehicle wash rack, hazardous waste containment area, above ground fuel tank, equipment maneuvering areas, landscaping and irrigation system. Utilties to be connected from Phase I construction. Plans and specs available on or about 3Sep96 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available.
