building. Building will have a masonry knee wall, metal siding, a
standing seam metal roof. Site work includes concrete saw cutting
andslab removal, underground utility installation, asphalt cold milling
and repaving. Construct 6-vessel floating mooring, with guide and
fender piles. Includes installation of shore ties and utilities. Extend
utilities and install shore ties at twoexisting mooring areas. Utility
work to include water, electricity, sanitary sewer,
telephone/communication, and fuel oil. Estimated price range is

any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for
bid,payment, and performance bonds up to $1 million per contract. The
DOT provides an 80 percent guaranty on the bond amount to a surety
against losses. Loans are also available under the DOT Short Term
Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates toprovide accounts
