Furnish all repair plant, labor, equipment, and materials to complete all work in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The work to be performed includes the following principal features; Removing existing and providing new interior finishes, doors, door frames, windows, walls, air conditioning system electrical items and other incidental work as shown on the drawings and as specified. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required by the drawings and specifications and to perform other work items which may be required or associated with this type of work. Estimated issue date is July 19, 1996. A non-refundable fee of $50.00 will be charged for each bid package requested by a bidder. Such fees shall be in the form of check or postal money order payable to U.S. Treasury and mailed to Directorate of Contracting, Contract Support Division, ATZR-QD (Dewayne Cochrane), PO Box 33189, Fort Sill, OK 7350-0189.
